1. Return Eligibility

• Return request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
• Return approval from our team is mandatory before sending the product back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed hardware tools.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Custom or special bulk orders.
• Clearance or discounted sale items (if specified).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear images of the product.
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of returned product.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount where applicable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo/video proof.

Important: Return requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
